SHOT BLASTING

Shot blasting is an environmentally friendly method of cleaning and etching concrete floors. It is used to remove existing coatings and to prepare floors for coatings or toppings.

We use several portable blast cleaning systems which are capable of handling jobs of all sizes.

POWER SCRAPING

Power scraping is a fast and efficient method of removing carpet, tile, ceramic, waterproof membrane and elastomeric coatings.

Our Dexter 1000 and Dexter 2000 scraping equipment can handle any size job.

GRINDING and PLANING

Our high-speed diamond grinders result in precise leveling and smoothing of concrete surfaces, as well as coating and adhesive removal.

Our planers are used to remove concrete heaves and curls, thinsets and cementitious floor systems.

POWER SPADES and SCALERS

Air powered scraping tools allow us to remove membrane coatings of 50 mills and thicker.

SCRAPE-AWAY, a carbide bit scraper unit, is used for removing tile mastic and some coatings as well as carpet adhesive prior to Shot Blasting.

COATINGS and STAINS

We offer a full selection of coatings, from water based materials to 1/4 filled Poly-Coat systems. Our selection includes: Epoxies, Urethanes and Stains in both clear and color.

RESTORATION

Damaged concrete floor surfaces can be restored with materials such as Master Builders^Ž 112 Topping and Ardex^Ž self-leveling restoration products.

WATERPROOFING

All-West Contractors Services is a certified approved applicator for Rub-R-Wall, an environmentally friendly foundation waterproofing system.
